We are proud to be working in partnership with Bradgate Park Trust and Nottingham Community Housing Association; providing Forest Bathing, Nature Therapy, and Foraging Sessions.
Combining two of the most powerful healing modalities into one incredible session; nature and Reiki.
Woodland Reiki offers a non-invasive, holistic treatment to help balance and revitalise your body in a tranquil, relaxing haven in natural woodland.
My aim is to support you to experience Mother Nature's healing powers so that you feel less anxiety, frustration, and pain.
A popular choice of therapies amongst my clients; is the walk & talk sessions 'al fresco!'
We take a slow and mindful walk through a forest, a wood, canal path or other green spaces; allowing our senses to be fully immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of our surroundings whilst exploring our inner most thoughts and feelings in a safe and relaxed environment.
We are working in partnership with Enrych providing Forest Bathing sessions for a range of clients who have disabilities, learning difficulties; including mental health and neurodiversity.
Enrych support a diverse range of people to live independently and combat isolation.
The Forest Bathing group is a popular group that benefits attendees by improving their confidence and self esteem, as well as making friendships and a positive connection with nature.
We have been commissioned by North West Leicestershire District Council to design, develop and deliver a Youth Resilience Building Project which encourages young people to learn about their mental health, to build their resilience and learn how to access the National Forest and its established walks for well-being purposes.
